Lambert Onderi Oigara has 10 years’ experience working in the field of mental health and alcohol and drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation over the years he has worked with children, adolescent and adults in ensuring they go back to having a balanced mental wellness.
He has an interest in helping children, youth and Women.


He is a talented visual and performing artist and uses the skills to help client express pent up thoughts, feelings and future plans that may at times be hard to express verbally due to psychological blockage.
He administers expressive art therapy which includes use of art, drama and music this media has proved to be effective in clients who have suffered physical, verbal and Sex abuse, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) schizophrenia, bipolar, Anxiety and Depression (VISIT THE ART GALLERY TO SEE VARIOUS WORKS)
Lambert believes in the power of the mind and that it majorly influences our feeling/ emotions, behavior and attitude. This is deduced by his vast experience working with clients who have developed unhelpful (self-defeating) thoughts patterns due to not so very good experiences or how they are wired.
Lambert is a master facilitator he has experience for youth support groups and psychological processing groups that help client develop life skills.


He is pioneer of the Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder ADHD support groups at Chiromo Lane Medical Centre. This group has helped educate many about ADHD symptoms and how to beat ADHD most importantly client have been able to get life coping skills.


He is the current Secretary of the association for Kenya addiction counselors and chairman for Akili Ni Afya a C.B.O. that sensitizes the community about various mental health issues. Members come from all walks of life that include mental health professionals, clients who are in recovery and sponsors.
